Jennifer Long

Hired by Bay Area B2B, B2C startups, and national firms with global footprints to create and manage brand launch materials and deliver on-time world-class results. Use interview and questionnaire processes to develop the consistent look and feel of brand elements and tone through typography, color, and well-crafted print and digital media design. Led local and virtual teams, including videographers, programmers, copywriters, and naming experts.

Jennifer believes in the magic of collaboration and profoundly listens to her client’s goals and desires. Her strategic approach helps executive teams understand their brand's value, personality, and target audience before the creative work begins. For more than 20 years, Jennifer has been developing distinctive brands that focus on crafting compelling logos and their extended brand elements of typography, color palette, imagery, creative design graphics, and physical assets.

Jennifer currently serves as Board Vice President of the Middleburg Museum.

Tyler Cadenas

Under Tyler’s leadership, Forthright Films has brought over 80 video projects to completion and amassed hundreds of thousands of views across 18 different industries.

Tyler has studied Computer Science at the University of Virginia and is Long Design’s leader in Web Development. He is experienced in languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, CSS, and React as well as website builders such as Squarespace and Shopify to make your business’ online presence a reality, no matter what the scale.

Through his creative lens, he is integral every step of the way in bringing each story to the world and conveying its unique brand message through the power of web and video.

Laticia Headings

Storyteller. Producer. Writer.

Laticia Headings has a 24-year career in television, documentary film, and multi-platform media as a producer, writer, and camerawoman. Her passion for storytelling has allowed her to explore diverse corners of the globe, gaining a unique perspective into many different worlds. Throughout her media career, Laticia has helmed and collaborated on projects with the industry's top leaders, including National Geographic, Discovery, History Channel, HBO, Lifetime, PBS, HGTV, the Academy Awards, as well as Amnesty International and the U.S. Department of Defense, to name a few.

In 2016, Laticia founded her video production company, Latitude Media. She is also an active Virginia realtor, contributing writer for Middleburg Life Magazine and is the host and co-producer of the docuseries, The Middleburg Life, which showcases the extraordinary people, places, and events that make this Northern Virginia town so charming and unique.
